Introduction / overview
Newton Meter Calculator converts a torque value between newton meters and pound-force feet — the two units you meet most often on torque specs — and between nine other torque units, from micronewton meters up to ton-force meters. Both fields work as a starting point. Type in N·m and read lbf·ft, or type in lbf·ft and read N·m — the conversion runs in both directions, so you never have to re-enter a number to flip the result.
